Ingredients
3 Cups Packed Fresh Basil
5 Cloves Garlic
3/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Pine Nuts
1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
Pulse to break up large pieces first, then blend on low until a smooth paste is formed (about 1 minute).
Mix with pasta and serve warm or cold.
Use dairy-free Parmesan for a vegan option
