Very flavourful sauce for fried veggie chicken, or a pasta salad.
Ingredients
1/2 Cup peanut butter
1/3 Cup cold water
1 Lime, juiced
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tsp garlic powder (or 2 cloves minced)
1 Tsp ground ginger (or 2 tsp minced)
1 Pinch cayenne pepper (to taste)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients with a hand blender (or small mixer).
Garnish with chopped peanuts and/or slivers of green onion.
Lemon can be substituted, but lime is best.
